Welcome to the BRAIN CONNECTS Public Portal. This website is co-maintained by the Allen Institute and Pestilli Lab @ UT Austin. Usage of this site is subject to the standard Allen Institute Terms of Use as well as the Allen Institute's Privacy Policy.

While CONNECTS data is generally provided with the most open license possible, there may be exceptions. Be sure to check each CONNECTS-related Resource for the applicable License Agreement and Citation requirements. Additionally, there may be non-CONNECTS datasets or tools stored in repositories or referenced in papers with additional terms and obligations. For example, some members of the Network may claim patent, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in all or a portion of the data they have submitted. The Allen Institute is not in a position to assess the validity of such claims, and therefore cannot provide comment or unrestricted permission concerning the use, copying, or distribution of the information contained in the CONNECTS portal.
