Specialized Projects for Scalable Technologies 

These projects are scaling data generation, processing, and analysis methods for several connectivity modalities: electron microscopy, lightsheet microscopy, barcoded connectomics, and fiber tracotography. Most share the aim of a whole mouse brain connectome, but several projects focus on human and non-human primate connectivity to pave the way for scaling even further.
These projects are facilitate standardization, integration, and dissemination of all data generated by the consortium.
